E-Commerce Law disclosure
The E-Commerce Law requires disclosure of the following details.
- Trade name
- Siyanaty
- Commercial Registration No.

- VAT number

These Terms and Conditions constitute the binding electronic contract between the operator of the platform (the "Company") and any person who browses, registers, confirms a cart, accepts a kitchen quote, or otherwise uses the website or mobile application (the "Customer"). Creating an account, entering an OTP, tapping to confirm, or accepting a quote is an electronic acceptance under the Electronic Transactions Law and the E-Commerce Law of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and includes acceptance of the Privacy Policy. The Company's trade name, Commercial Registration number, and VAT number are disclosed in the notice on this page and are maintained separately from this text.
The Arabic text prevails if it conflicts with any translation. These terms apply to technical home-maintenance services, kitchen design, fabrication and installation, and related invoicing and accounting records issued through the platform, within districts activated in Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, unless a wider coverage is later published.
Definitions and interpretation
"Platform" means the website, mobile application, and operations dashboard used to request, schedule, document, and invoice services. "Technician" means any person assigned by operations to attend a job, whether an employee, contractor, or other worker, without that description creating any warranty of result. "Order" includes a confirmed maintenance cart, a child order split by category, and an accepted kitchen quote. Headings are for convenience only. No clause is a penalty in favour of the Customer against the Company, and nothing in this document is an admission of contractual or tortious liability.
Nature of the platform and scope
The Platform is a technical means to receive requests, schedule visits, assign workers selected under the Company's internal procedures, and record status. Coverage is limited to districts that operations have activated in Jeddah. Staff manage work from the web dashboard. Customers and technicians use the mobile app.
The Company does not hold itself out as a substitute for a licensed contractor, engineer, or consultant where a separate permit, municipality approval, or specialist licence is legally required. The Customer remains responsible for obtaining any such permit. Maintenance work is an obligation to exercise ordinary professional care in performing the described task, not an obligation to achieve a particular lasting result or to eliminate the underlying cause of a defect unless that result is expressly included in the confirmed snapshot. Kitchen work is limited to the approved design version and the accepted quote.
Electronic contracting
The Customer agrees that electronic records, OTP verification, in-app confirmations, and quote acceptance have the same legal effect as a wet-ink signature. The Customer may not later deny a confirmation captured by the Platform on the ground that it was electronic. Confirming a cart or accepting a quote is a request to schedule or start the service. Once scheduling, assignment, a site visit, fabrication, or performance has begun with that consent, the statutory cooling-off right under the E-Commerce Law does not apply to that order, including custom kitchen work.
Eligibility and account
The app is for individuals aged 18 or over with legal capacity. A customer account is created with a Saudi mobile number, a one-time password (OTP), and a password. Profile and identity data requested at registration must be accurate and current.
The Customer is solely responsible for keeping login details confidential and for all activity on the account, whether or not authorised, unless the Customer proves the Company caused unauthorised access by a proven security failure of the Platform itself. Notify support through the app if misuse is suspected. The Company may lock, suspend, or close an account that is inactive, abusive, used in bad faith, or used to evade these terms, without liability for consequential loss.
Acceptable use
Use the Platform in good faith and only for home-maintenance and kitchen-design services offered through it. Do not submit misleading information, fictitious requests, or fraudulent payments. Do not attempt unauthorised access, disrupt systems, scrape content, record or reuse catalog or design materials, or use the service for any unlawful purpose. Off-platform cash or card deals with a technician are forbidden and are not binding on the Company.
Requests, coverage, and scheduling
Catalog services may be added to one cart against a single address inside an activated district. On confirm, the cart is split by service category into child orders, each with its own appointment and assignment. Confirming a cart requires a verified mobile number, an address in an active district, enabled services, frozen item prices, available capacity for each category, and acceptance of these terms.
An emergency home section appears only when operations enable it and emergency services exist. Publication of that section is not a promise of response time, attendance, or outcome. Jobs outside activated districts are refused. Suggested appointment windows are estimates. Time of arrival may vary with traffic, prior jobs, and site readiness.
Prices, tax, and later changes
Catalog prices, VAT, and published fees (including address-change and appointment-change fees, which may be zero) apply at the time of confirm as shown in the snapshot. After a technician proposes a price revision, work continues only if the Customer accepts it in the app before expiry. Silence is not acceptance. If the revision expires without acceptance, the Company may close or leave the job without further obligation beyond any refund then due under clause 11.
The Company may update catalog prices for future orders. A confirmed snapshot is not silently rewritten. VAT is charged as required by ZATCA rules on the amounts displayed.
Kitchen design, fabrication, and required approvals
Kitchen requests follow a separate path: a site visit, measurements, design versions, and a quote that may include a materials list, totals, tax, expiry, and quote-specific terms. Fabrication, detailing, and installation do not start until the Customer gives express in-app approval of the identified design version and of a still-valid quote. That approval binds the published design version, the amount, and those terms at that moment. An expired quote cannot be accepted until it is renewed.
The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of information supplied (approximate sizes, locations of plumbing and electrical points, and preferences). Approved post-visit measurements and the approved design are the contractual reference. Any change after approval is a variation that may alter price and duration and requires a new approval. Natural variation in wood, stone, colour, and finish within ordinary commercial tolerances is not a defect.
Unless expressly listed in the accepted quote, the scope excludes repair of pre-existing structural, plumbing, electrical, or moisture defects, and excludes moving undocumented utilities. Manufacturer warranties on supplied materials, if any, run between the Customer and the manufacturer. Company workmanship cover, if any, is only as in clause 14.
Invoices and accounting documents
Invoices, credit notes, receipts, and collection records issued through the Platform document the contracted platform transactions for the Company's zakat, tax, and bookkeeping purposes. They are not professional accounting, tax, or zakat advice, and they do not create an engagement to provide accounting services beyond those records.
The Customer remains solely responsible for the correctness of billing details supplied and for any zakat or tax obligation of the Customer. If any supporting bookkeeping is provided, it is limited to records of the contracted works, without any warranty of a result before ZATCA or any other authority.
Payments
Maintenance charges are collected once at cart level through the payment gateway (HyperPay), not by entering card data inside the app. Card PAN and CVV are not stored on Company servers or on the device. Kitchen quotes follow their own payment status after acceptance. The gateway is an independent provider. The Company is not liable for bank, network, or gateway failure, decline, or delay outside its control.
A successful payment marks the cart and eligible child orders as paid. Invoices and refunds are processed by finance on the web dashboard. Amounts shown in the app before finance posts them are previews only.
Cancellation, operational costs, and refunds
No amount retained on a Customer-side cancellation is a contractual penalty, liquidated damages against the Company, a fine, or an admission of fault. Cancellation impact is calculated by the server and previewed in the app before confirm.
If the Customer cancels a paid order for reasons attributable to the Customer, or without an internally approved finding that a refund beyond the standard return is due, and the cancellation occurs before the scheduled visit time, the Company retains twenty percent (20%) of the paid amount of the cancelled order as an agreed contribution toward operational and administrative costs of intake, confirmation, capacity reservation, technician assignment, and lost scheduling opportunity, and returns the remainder through the approved refund channel.
If that Customer-side cancellation occurs at the scheduled visit time — meaning at or after the start of the confirmed appointment window, or while the technician is attending the visit — the Company instead retains fifty percent (50%) of the paid fees of the cancelled order as an agreed contribution toward travel, attendance, on-site mobilisation, and lost capacity costs, and returns the remainder. The fifty percent applies in place of the twenty percent, not in addition to it.
The Customer acknowledges that these contributions are pre-agreed estimates of those costs, not a punishment and not a penalty. The Company may, without obligation, reduce or waive them as a gesture of goodwill. Any such waiver is not a custom, not an acquired right, and not an admission.
A Customer claim that cancellation is due to Company or technician error does not by itself create a right to a full refund. Any additional refund, if made, follows internal review and finance approval, is discretionary as to goodwill beyond what these terms require, and is made without admission of liability and without prejudice to the Company's defences.
Support staff cannot pay a refund from the mobile app. Partial refunds may apply when some child orders in a paid cart are cancelled and others remain complete. Custom kitchen work that has entered design, procurement, or fabrication may be non-refundable to the extent of costs incurred.
Customer site obligations
The Customer must describe the job accurately, attach required photos, provide safe and timely access, keep children, pets, and third parties clear of the work area, disclose known hazards (including electricity, gas, water leaks, and fragile finishes), and obtain occupier consent. The Company may leave the site and treat delay or abort as Customer-caused if access is unsafe or refused.
Before a visit, the Customer must remove and secure all personal belongings, cash, jewellery, documents, devices, and other valuables from the work area. Work is performed in a residential environment whose existing condition is outside the Company's control except for the specific task confirmed.
Technicians and performance
Technicians are onboarded by operations, not by self-signup. They must follow assigned jobs, document work and used parts as required, and must not request off-platform payment. Informal side agreements are not binding on the Company. Photos, notes, and status records are operational evidence and quality records; they are not an admission of defect or of liability.
Assignment of a technician is not a representation that a particular person, nationality, or skill-set will attend, nor a guarantee of a diagnostic conclusion. If parts are unavailable, the Company may reschedule or close the remaining scope without liability beyond clause 11 where a refund is due.
Limited workmanship cover and exclusive remedy
Complaints and any workmanship cover are handled in-app and on the operations desk. Manufacturer spare-part warranties are separate from Company workmanship cover and are shown only when a reference exists on the order.
Unless a longer period is expressly published on the specific order or quote, any Company workmanship cover is limited to a patent defect in the same work performed, notified in-app within fourteen (14) days after the maintenance order is closed, or within thirty (30) days after kitchen handover, whichever applies. Cover does not include pre-existing conditions, Customer or third-party alterations, misuse, lack of maintenance, normal wear, or work outside the snapshot.
If a covered defect is established after the Company's inspection, the Company's only obligation is, at its option, to re-perform the service or remedy that same defect, within the original scope and without additional cash compensation. That re-performance or remedy is the exclusive and final recourse.
Disclaimer of liability for maintenance errors and consequential loss
To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the Company is not liable to compensate for direct, indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive loss arising from maintenance, kitchen, or related services, including error, omission, delay, diagnostic judgement, choice of spare part, or alleged poor workmanship, whether the claim is put in contract, tort, unjust enrichment, or otherwise. This includes loss of profit, loss of use of the property, alternative accommodation, cost of substitute contractors, damage outside the confirmed task, data loss, and non-pecuniary loss.
If any defect in the same work is notified within the limited cover in clause 14, the Company's obligation, if any, is confined to re-performing the service or remedying that defect as there stated, and not to any further indemnity. Nothing in this clause is an admission that any error occurred or that any tort was committed.
Personal belongings, loss, and reports to security authorities
The Company, its staff, assigned technicians, and contractors bear no legal, financial, civil, or criminal liability for loss, theft, damage, or disappearance of the Customer's or any third party's personal belongings or valuables during the provision of services or during attendance, waiting, execution, or maintenance times. Mere presence of personnel at the site or performance of the requested service does not by itself establish any such liability.
Any complaint or report the Customer files with the police, public security, the General Directorate of Investigation (Al-Mabahith), or any other authority is an act of the Customer alone. It does not of itself prove Company liability, does not impose civil or financial consequences on the Company, and does not waive the Company's defences. The Company is not responsible for the legal consequences of such a filing. The Company reserves all rights to pursue malicious, false, or reckless reports. This clause does not purport to obstruct a competent authority from investigating a proven crime; it allocates civil risk and rejects any inference of liability from the mere fact of a report.
Force majeure and delay
The Company is not liable for delay or non-performance caused by traffic, weather, utility failure, shortage of parts, labour disruption, epidemic, public measures, cyber incident, payment-gateway failure, inaccurate job details, lack of site access, or any event beyond reasonable control. Times given in the app are not guaranteed completion dates.
Intellectual property
The app, website, catalog, hosted designs, and the Company's trade name remain the intellectual property of the Company or its licensors. Copying, reverse engineering, or reuse without prior written consent is prohibited. Kitchen design files stay associated with the request that produced them. Until the accepted quote is paid in full, the Customer receives no licence to use the designs except to review them in the app. After full payment, the licence is limited to executing that kitchen at the stated address and is non-transferable.
Complaints and internal handling
The in-app complaint channel is the contractual route for quality issues. Opening a complaint is not an admission by the Company. Staff views and internal notes are for operations and legal defence. Escalation to a regulator does not enlarge remedies beyond these terms except where a mandatory rule so requires.
Limitation of liability and no penalty against the Company
Except for a mandatory rule of Saudi law that cannot be contracted out of, any residual financial exposure of the Company connected with an order shall not exceed the amount the Customer actually paid for the specific service in dispute. The Company is not liable for loss of chance or reputational harm.
These terms contain no penalty clause, liquidated damages, or advance admission of tortious or contractual liability for the benefit of the Customer against the Company. Any reading to that effect is rejected. Goodwill refunds, re-performance, or commercial settlements are without prejudice and without admission.
Customer indemnity
The Customer shall indemnify the Company against claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from inaccurate job data, unsafe premises, failure to secure valuables, off-platform deals, misuse of the account, infringement of these terms, or a malicious or unfounded report to any authority, except to the extent a final judgment attributes the loss to the Company's fraud or serious fault where such attribution cannot legally be excluded.
Changes, governing law, and contact
The Company may update these terms. The current version is always published at this page. Continued use of the app or website after publication is acceptance of the update. Orders already confirmed remain governed by the snapshot and the version then in force except where a mandatory rule requires otherwise.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including the Civil Transactions Law, the E-Commerce Law, and the Electronic Transactions Law. After an unsuccessful good-faith attempt at amicable settlement, the competent courts in Jeddah have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory venue. For help, use in-app support and the complaints flow, or the contact area on this website.
Severability and non-waiver
If a court holds any wording unenforceable, the remainder stays in force, and the invalid wording is narrowed to the maximum enforceable protection of the Company. Failure to enforce a right is not a waiver. Mandatory consumer or other rules that cannot be varied remain applicable only to that extent; they do not revive excluded heads of loss or create a penalty against the Company.
